What does Witney Dramatic Society (WDS) do?

Witney Dramatic Society is the longest running dramatic society in Witney and celebrated 65 years of entertaining the people of West Oxfordshire in 2011.

We perform three main shows each year including a pantomime. We perform a huge variety of different plays from musicals to comedies. Look at our past shows page to find out more. We also stage one act plays and take part in local drama festivals. We have social events throughout the year including play readings and theatre trips.

Where do we rehearse?

We always rehearse locally. It depends on the size of the production, venue availability and the preferences of the director. If you would like to find out more about where we are currently rehearsing, please contact us.
